God granted me

another restful night, just with a couple of surprises. The controls on my bed are breaking down, and Phyllis, my sister-in-law, flew to State College last night, rented a car, and drove to Altoona. In the ice storm. Not that she stopped here, mind; all I got was a text message.

Something tells me that yes, I did “know” about this on some level, but it must have been a very “deep” one.

Rest is good and makes a difference, truly. Tell Phyllis hello from me when she shows up. 🙂 Ice storm…mountains…not a good combo…

Keep ahead of the pain today, and find some joy. Love you!

Good to hear of the restful night. Mine was otherwise, so there’s balance for you. Maybe because of the weather. I had several dreams about you last night, by ther by, but they are foggy by now.

Did you watch the game? IU needed that one, boy howdy.

Say hi to Phyllis from me, please. I hope she does well with the driving out there. Scary-sounding.

    Love you much,

    Lisa

Stay warm and dry up there, Prof. Getting blasted by “global warming” is never any fun. 🙂

  4. Good Afternoon Professor! I’m glad you had a restful night.

You should reassure your readers that the bed turned out to be ok; it had just come unplugged and the battery back-up got fatigued.

Thanks for the update, Xopher. I had wondered about that.

Clay, how long is Phyllis there for? Hope she’s getting around okay in the crazy weather.

And I hope you have a good bight tonight, hon, complete with fully controllable bed.

    Love you,

Lisa, off to a bed that just lies there
